Investing in property is not a new concept nor is it new to Turkey. However, over the last few years Turkey, particularly the southwestern corner of Turkey is becoming an investment hotspot for foreign buyers. With its accession talks with the EU, added with good weather, inexpensive cost of living, and beautiful Aegean and Mediterranean sea views, investing in properties in Turkey is becoming an attractive idea to most foreign investors.
