The resort consists of 26 houses built on a mountain side with a panoramic view over the Greek archipelago. The houses have a beautiful private garden and a very big pool area, which is shared by 8 houses. Ayti Resort also has a private tennis court. From the houses you can see Kos very clearly, and it takes one hour to go there by boat.

The houses are 160 square metres including the terrace, and very tastefully furnished, with a touch of Scandinavian lifestyle. The houses have all kinds of modern facilities : Air conditioning, satellite TV and modern white goods. There are 3 very nice bedrooms, furnished with modern teak furniture, and 2 bathrooms.
From the resort you only have 300 m to the sea and to a very cosy sea side with small restaurants and local shops and vegetable market. Distance to the nearest city is 4 km, where you will find very good supermarkets and an extremely nice marina with all kinds of nice shops and restaurants.
Ayti is situated 45 min from Milas Airport, 30 min from Bodrum City and 40 min from a newly opened golf course.
We were the first to buy houses in Ayti Resort, and because of the enthusiasm we felt for the place, we have arranged sales of houses to several Danish business people from our network, who have also fallen in love with the peninsula and this beautiful place.
Each house shares a garden but can easily be split up if you wanted to close off the garden area.
