Kristine lives in Bodrum with her 9 year old son Thomas. ”Turkey has always been a passion for me and I live here because I like the people, the country and the climate”. I feel exactly as Cevat Sakir , also called “The old fisherman of Bodrum”, once expressed himself in a poem:

"Hello, if you come to this top of the hill you will see Bodrum. Don't think that you will return the very same person as you came. To all those who came before you happened the same. They lost their heart in Bodrum and left it."

Kristine says "Bodrum is a place for everyone, whether you are a child, young, family or retired, everybody finds things to do and explore. I think that is what is keeping me here: You’ll meet all kinds of people in Bodrum, and everybody is fascinated by Bodrum.”

Kristine first lived in Istanbul where she produced and sold textiles. 5 years ago she mowed to Bodrum where she is doing real-estate and after-service for the people who buy houses on Bodrum Peninsula. Kristine is also running the rental company www.bodrumservice.com
